Replacement Policy ⚠
• The maximum replacement period is 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Additional delivery charges will be applicable if it’s necessary to change the product, color, or size of the delivered items.
• If any missing, damaged or wrong in the delivered items, Please contact us within 24 hours and follow the instructions of the sales executive.
• Undergarments, used/washed items cannot be replaced / refunded.
• Check the item before making payment during the delivery. You must pay delivery charge 25-QAR If you are buying or returning the item, Conditions apply.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
